Weekly Update 6th December

Construction activity for the week included;

• 5 of 53 WTG now complete (WTG 3,4,5,8,9) with WTG 6, 7, 14 and 15 expected in next two weeks.
• 40 of 53 foundations poured. Excavation and preparation of foundations continuing. Backfilling and earthing of poured foundations continues.
• Continuation of earthworks for turbine access roads; approximately 74% of clearance works complete
• Construction of substation and switchyard continuing. Control Building delivered to site.
• Placement of underground cabling continuing
• Works continue on upgrades to Site Entry Road (intersection to site compound)
• UXO, Cultural Heritage and Environmental aspects continue prior to vegetation clearance in new areas.
• Component deliveries included blades, hubs and towers. Next shipment of tower section due in Cairns Port on weekend.
• 70 pieces of heavy equipment on-site.
• Personnel on-site averaged 185.
